First & Foremost - New England AirGun is NOT a firearms range. We are an airgun facility only. Asking a second time will not change that.
What Does "Order on Demand" Mean? - This means the item you ordered is not currently in stock at our facility. An "Order on Demand" could take several weeks to arrive depending on where it is coming from and what uncontrollable situations may arise.
(Manufacturers do not always have their products available, nor do they provide availability dates. This is a situation that is out of our control!)
Do You Offer Any Discounts? - Unfortunately we are not able to offer discounts. We sell everything at the lowest price that we are able to. (this includes military discounts). You can always sign up for a membership which will get you 10% off on most products that we carry. To see more information about this, please go here.
When Will My Item Ship? - As long as your item is in stock, we usually ship within a day or two after the order was placed. Our weekends and holidays are usually time consumed by customers in store, as well as on our indoor range.
Can You Fix My Airgun? - Yes and No. Most manufactures carry their own warranties and they want you to contact them rather than the dealer. We do not carry a lot of parts and some we are unable to get at all. We do have a specialty off site custom shop that can handle repairs, but the minimum deposit of that is $200.00. This deposit covers the shipping to and from the custom shop and the initial breakdown of the item. Your repair could cost more, or it could cost less, at which point you would be issued a refund for the balance should the process cost less than $200.00. New England Airgun is responsible for the Huben line of products and those of Evanix brand due to the fact that we are an importer for both. In regards to the Huben imports, each dealer is required to service the guns that they sell. (For example: Should you have bought the Huben GK1 from Spain, you will have to find a way to get it back to them for any warranty repairs.) We will repair any Huben or Evanix under warranty from us for no expense or, for those of you whom bought it elsewhere, at our standard labor and parts rate. Also, should you modify a gun in any way, that usually voids the warranty and you will have to pay for repairs out of pocket.
My Gun Is Defective, Can I Get A Refund? - There are very few cases of products having actual defects. Most of the time it is operator error that causes the items to fail. If it is truly a defect, you should call or submit a claim with the manufacturer. They are the ones with the technicians and parts to fix the problem and sometimes they just have you send back the defective one and they ship you a new gun.
What Is A Factory Blemish? - “Blemished items are products that have minor cosmetic defects such as scratches, dings, or minor imperfections that do not affect the performance or integrity of the item.” In other words, a factory blemish is NOT a defect. It does not fall under a warranty repair most of the time.
Could You Tell Me Everything You Currently Have In Stock? - Absolutely! We will certainly tell you to go to our online store. It gives the consumer a live inventory of everything we have. Our employees are always busy and don't mind a little conversation, but we do not have time to go through every product that we carry. We have specs and descriptions of most products that we carry online. (This is especially true for our consignment guns, there are too many to do so.)
Do You Take Trade-ins? - At this time, we are not taking trade-ins, but we do offer a consignment program in which will sell the item for you. Please contact us for more information.
Do I Have To Take The "One Time" Safety Course If I Already Have Had It Completed For Fire Arms? - Yes, yes, and yes. Our range operates differently that a typical firearms range. All new customers interested in shooting in our range are require to take this free, one-time, safety course and orientation. For more information about the use of our range, please go here, to learn more.
Do You Test All The Guns That You Receive? - In the past we have tested out the guns coming in. Unfortunately, we received a lot of complaints from the consumer that they now thought they were purchasing a used gun. Due to these and other similar scenarios, we do not test out every gun that comes in.
Do You Sell AEA Products? - Unequivocally no! We will not order any AEA products and will not consign them either.
