SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Services can Include:
- Maintenance and tuning services for .177 cal to 82 cal. air rifles and pistols.
- Component inspection to ensure integrity and safe operation.
- Use of high performance seals, O-rings and materials in all maintenance service.
- Pressure testing for a minimum of 24hrs.
- Tune-ups can provide better energy, extended shot count or a combination of both.
- Accuracy items such as barrel and trigger tuning are always examined.
- Prior to return, fine tuning for accuracy and performance.

Minimum Cost:
There is a minimum cost of $200.00 deposit necessary with every work order, this includes shipping. New England Airgun does not do the work onsite, we work with a third-party who specializes in this field, therefore the items to be worked on, must be shipped.
Price:
Due to any unforeseen issues or complications (ie. manufacture of new parts, parts to be ordered, Old parts corroded and stuck together, etc.), no costs can be confirmed prior to having the product in hand, with the exception of the $200.00 minimum. If the job fits within the $200 you might even get something back. If the job goes beyond the $200 we will call with an estimate, if the job gets bigger as work continues, you will get another estimate. At any time, you can pay the current amount due to get the work to stop and product returned at the level of repair it's currently in.
Repair/Delivery time estimates:
We don't do time estimates, repair work comes after Range and Range safety, Online Order Processing, In person customer assistance in our store.
Restrictions:
Certain repairs we just don't do, We are not electricians, We can't troubleshoot PC boards in airguns. If you have an electrical issue we can only replace parts.
No, you can't talk too or mail product directly to our third party vendor, they are busy working on repairs. Please put all your concerns and desires into writing and we will get it to them with your product.
