More than New England Airgun needing you, The customers need you!
We work when the customers have time to Play and we help them Play.
Hours are mostly on the weekends and you may be asked for some evening hours during the week.
Hours are 10 am to 10 pm on weekends and 5pm to 10pm weekdays. We are looking to cover 5 hour shifts.
Must be 18 to Retired.
Nothing is more important than safety and it's up to all of us to make sure everyone knows the basics before entering the range. This position is mostly focused on the 30 min safety and range use briefing. Follow thru will include helping customers get acquainted with their equipment choice and safely shooting targets in the range. You will be Multi tasking while making sure all customers are being safe and having fun.
Repair and Accessories
Old and New, there are repairs to do. Accessories to install and scopes and sights to sight in. This position requires knowledge of compressed air systems, o-rings, lubrication. Optics and more.
To make repairs you will need to have parts so diagnostics and ordering parts to have on hand and special orders will be needed. This can involve troubleshooting in person and on the phone.
Airguns are our main focus and we do have airsoft repairs and upgrade requests too.
Mostly in the store and on the phone, you will be helping the customers get the products that they really want. This requires good listening abilities to match the customers to the products.
New products are coming to market every month so it's up to you to research and learn the specifications that will help you, help the customers.
Listening will also provide insight to what products and accessories are most in demand. Keeping the product info and store in top shape will be your responsibility.
While these positions will be the major focus, we will all be doing what we can in other areas like, shipping, receiving, range safety, order processing and check out, stocking, answering phones, keeping things clean and orderly, and assisting customers so they have the best experience possible.
